A simple, offline stool color screening tool to help parents detect early signs of Biliary Atresia in newborns.
BabyPoopStool helps parents photograph a baby's diaper, extract the stool color, and compare it side-by-side against a calibrated 7-color pediatric reference chart — all on the same screen. This eliminates the unreliable color shifts that happen when comparing a physical diaper to photos found online or on a different screen.
Why it matters: Biliary Atresia is a rare but critical bile-duct blockage in newborns. The Kasai procedure must be performed ideally before 60 days of age. Early detection through stool color screening can be life-saving.
Photograph a diaper and instantly compare the stool color against a 7-color clinical reference chart on the same screen.
Log every diaper check with color, texture, photo, and notes. Track patterns over time.
Generate a visual report card for any entry and share it directly with your pediatrician.
No accounts, no servers, no analytics. All photos and data stay on your device.
Automatically flags clay-white, pale yellow, bright red, and tarry black stools with clinical guidance.
Built-in photo tips and medical information about Biliary Atresia screening during the critical 0–6 month window.
BabyPoopStool offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, a one-time purchase of $2.99 USD unlocks lifetime access — no subscriptions, no recurring charges.

Shenzhen Fu Kang Heng Development Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", "us") built BabyPoopStool as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
We do not collect any personal data. BabyPoopStool is designed to operate entirely offline. We have no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics or tracking services.
The app stores the following data locally on your device only:
All locally stored files use iOS file protection (completeFileProtection), which encrypts data when your device is locked.
The app requests permission to access your camera and photo library solely for the purpose of capturing or selecting diaper photos for color analysis. Photos are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any third party. They remain on your device unless you choose to share a report using the iOS share sheet.
BabyPoopStool does not use any third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or crash reporting tools. The only external interaction is with Apple's App Store for in-app purchase processing, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
While the app is designed to help parents monitor their baby's health, it does not collect any information from or about children. All data remains on the parent's device under their control.
You can delete individual diary entries and their associated photos at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all locally stored data from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
