3. How the App Works Locally

All functionality in Snore Tracker operates entirely on your device:

• Audio Recording: The app records audio through your device's microphone while you sleep. All audio files are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded or transmitted.
• Snore Analysis: Detection and analysis of snoring events is performed entirely on-device. No audio or analysis results are sent to any external server.
• Recording History: Session metadata (date, duration, snore statistics) is stored locally in the app's database on your device only.
• Automatic Audio Cleanup: Audio files are automatically removed from your device after 7 days to conserve storage. Recording metadata and statistics are retained until you delete them.
• Remarks & Notes: Any personal notes you add to a session are saved locally on your device only.
• Settings & Preferences: Your app settings are saved locally on your device only.
• No Internet Required: The App functions completely offline and does not communicate with any servers.

4. Third-Party Services

Snore Tracker does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect user data.

5. Children's Privacy

Snore Tracker is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. The App does not collect any data from any users regardless of age.

6. Data Security

Since Snore Tracker does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers, there is no risk of data breaches or unauthorized access to your information through our App. All recordings and session data remain securely on your device under your control.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over the App and your data:

• Recordings: You can delete individual recordings and their associated audio at any time from within the App.
• Remarks: You can edit or delete personal notes attached to any session at any time.
• All App Data: You can delete all app data by uninstalling the App from your device.

8. Permissions

Microphone Access

• Required to record audio during sleep for snore detection
• Only active when a detection session is running
• The app supports background audio so recording continues with the screen dimmed or locked
• You can revoke this permission in iOS Settings at any time

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

If we make material changes to how we handle user information, we will provide notice through the App or App Store listing.

10. International Users

Snore Tracker is available globally. Since the App does not collect or transmit any data, there are no cross-border data transfers or regional privacy considerations.
